Creating a New Earth
Using your inner guidance to thrive in difficult times
Are you feeling the shift yet?
The world is changing rapidly, and there’s no stopping it from happening. We are being called to make a choice: stay where we are and do what we’ve always done, or make rapid and radical change so we can all evolve as a species.
It’s natural to resist change, because it is uncomfortable. Our brains will try to keep us safe by doing what we know. But we can no longer ignore that the Earth is shifting dramatically, and fast, and we need to be on the side of evolution if we want to survive.
If this message is uncomfortable, I get it. It’s not easy to change, and it can be hard to do the right thing. But we can no longer stand by injustice: injustice to the planet, fellow humans and animals alike. Everything is connected. Can we see this now?
We are now being awaken to this change in a global scale, and I invite you to take this opportunity to embrace this New Earth that we are now experiencing. It will be much better on the other side, I promise! But for that to happen, we need to make the appropriate changes now.
1 – Align your Actions with your Values
Take some time to reflect on your values, and use them as your compass in everything you do. When you purchase an item, when you choose a form of entertainment, how you spend your time, the work you put out into the world, the causes you support or reject. You will live a much more authentic life when you live by your values daily.
2 – Know Your Why
Why do you do what you do? Where do you want to be?
That version of yourself can seem much more attainable if you are doing the things she would be doing, now.
Anytime you find yourself getting back to old habits, remember your why.
3 – Take Action
What changes have you been delaying to implement that can make a big change in your life and the lives of others? This is the time to do them! Perhaps you’d like to:
- Start an exercise program
- Eat only organic foods
- Shop locally
- Start composting
- Donate to a charity
- Donate your time to help a friend or a cause that’s important to you
- Ditch the chemicals from your home
- Go vegan
- Simplify your life
- Be more present with your family
- Meditate consistently
- Make new friends
- Start a new hobby
- Go zero waste in your kitchen
- Make your closet sustainable
The possibilities are endless! And don’t underestimate the changes you make in your own life. They tend to have a positive ripple effect into the lives of those near you, your community, and so on.
